Another Year of Discovery

Entering into my second year of college for Creative Writing

I have been having fun and feeling creative.

What have a written several short stories and guess what I like short stories.

The classes challenged me to write 50, 500 and 1000 word stories.

Here is a 50 word story/which some may see as a poem.

 The Boat

She was the ocean, in a boat that might sink, with a stranger who was causing her heart to sink.

The sky was grayish blue moving in sync with the other clouds.

She told her story with emptiness, eyes that sank yet, hoping for a lifeline.

I gave her one.
